What Rosales is like
Rosales climbs the eastern hills from Carrera Séptima, between Zona G and El Nogal. It is one of the most traditional residential areas in the north: buildings with few apartments, large houses, steep streets and views over the city.
It is the area for those who want quiet ten minutes from everything: the restaurants of Zona G and Carrera Séptima are a short walk downhill, and the road to La Calera leaves from Calle 72. Large, top-stratum apartments set the price per square metre.
Mind the slope: views are paid for, and units with open views and two parking spaces sell differently from interior ones or those on the lower blocks.
