What Zona G is like

Zona G occupies the Quinta Camacho neighbourhood: brick-and-tile houses from the thirties and forties, many under heritage protection, today restaurants, boutique hotels and offices, mixed with apartment buildings.

It is the most street-life area of the corridor: you walk out to dinner, there is life at night and on weekends, and Carrera Séptima and Calle 72 connect with the whole city. That attracts couples, expats and people who work in the Calle 72 financial district.

Residential supply is limited compared with commerce, and buildings vary a lot in size and age: it pays to look at each building, not just the neighbourhood.
